This 1000 SF 2 bdrm 2 bth home was designed as a rental unit. The lot dictated a narrow layout, this was done to maintain the old growth oak trees on lot as well as keeping a spacious yard. Under Construction.
Remodel & Addition of Napa Residence
This project included a full house remodel. We lowered the floor on 1st floor to provide more volume in great-room. This allowed for 8' Doors and 8' headers heights on window to maximize the view over the Napa Valley. Under construction.
Addition and Remodel of Master Suite
Clients desired to expand and add on to the Master Suite. we added a MSTR Closet and expanded MSTR BDRM and MSTR Bath. The Suite now includes a nice sitting area with fireplace as well. Construction completed, pictures coming soon.
